White Butterfly Movement - Inauguration of Model Cycle Lane

The 8 lane Ring Road plan has set aside 6m of space on both sides of the road for a setback area, & 2.5m for a Footpath cum Cycle Lane. We believe that these can be built without cutting down trees.

We are inaugurating a 350 meter x 2m, Model Cycle Lane this Saturday, & prove the authorities who believe cutting 1200 trees is inevitable wrong. Please join us; play your part in ensuring a Green Cycle Lane. Play your part in an effort to save 1200 Urban Trees.

चक्रपथलाई ८ पेटीमा बिस्तार गर्ने योजनाले सडकको दुबैपट्टी ६ मिटर् खुल्ला क्षेत्र छुट्टयाएको छ। त्यसबाहेक २.५ मिटर् क्षेत्रमा फूट्पाथ् र साइकल् पेटी बनाईनेछ।

हामीलाई लाग्दछ की यो ८.५ मिटर् क्षेत्रमा एउटापनि रुख नढाली आबश्यक संरचना निर्माण गर्नसकिन्छ। त्यसैले हामीले एउटा ३५० मिटर् लामो र २ मिटर् चौडो नमुना साइकल् पेटी निर्माण गरी शनिबार उद्घाटन गर्दैछौं।
