The first edition was held on 2012 along with amalgamation of creative events. Photokipa was successful in fulfilling the objective of the event that was to bring the entire digital imaging industry under one hood and expose it to the rest of the world. With Participation of big brands like Canon, Samsung Camera, Go-Pro action Camera, Sony Camera, Sony Broadcasting Camera, Samsung Mobile, Elinchrom, Proquip, Epson Printer, Canon Printer, Mimaki, Sharp, Apple, Asian Photography, Better Photography etc. Wedding Photo Competition was also introduced on the same year. Photokipa 2012 reached new heights as it brought international participation in its first year.

In continuation of an annual event the second edition had to be postponed due to the political situations in the year 2013. Though with high market demand, the continuity of the event got paused in between but the ideas and concept behind was not faded out. It’s now time to reignite and launch the shuttle in full throttle.
