Treasure Hunt for fun & charity

Introduction:

Bhaktapur, an ancient cultural and traditional city, holding traditional values has been an important city for the promotion of tourism. Not only for the promotion of tourism, it has been playing an important role in preservation of traditional culture and heritage sites. But the heritage sites has out shadowed the inner sites like Gallis, Chowks and other attractive sites that can assist in promotion of tourism and Bhaktapur itself. Upon this there are various hidden secrets of Bhaktapur that are supposed to be highlighted for the purpose of bringing its out the actual identity.

We are a group of enthusiastic youth called "Sadhbhaw Group" along with ta group of enthusiastic photographers of Bhaktapur working together for the success of the event. Sadhbhaw group was founded by a group of social workers from Bhaktapur and has been organizing different social activities. Sadhbhaw group has successfully organized Chhat Photography campaign, Fun run for charity, Sadhbhaw Deusi Bhailo for Sadhbhaw scholarship and many more. Also both of the groups have initiated different assistance activities in time of earthquake.

"Treasure hunt for education", will be providing platform for the participants to enhance their knowledge about Bhaktapur and its cultural importance in daily life. The culture, tradition and daily life of Bhaktapur has been a topic of concern for many years. "Treasure hunt for fun & charity" will be working out on the same with the involvement of the participants that would probably increase their knowledge about Bhaktapur. The program would be beneficial for the children who have been deprived from education because of lack of education materials and other stuffs, as the fund raised would utilize in child education sector of Bhaktapur.

Specific Objectives:

• Support to students who are deprived from education because of lack of education materials and other stuffs
• Promote the Domestic / International tourism introducing the Gallis, Chowks and other attractive sites of Bhaktapur
• Flow the positive message that Bhaktapur is safe to visit and explore the mysterious streets of Bhaktapur
