FIFA 13 GOALZZ FIESTA

Craziee Creation is back with a bang.

This time we are here with the FIFA 13 XBOX Knockout Tournament.

The Terms and Conditions for the FIFA 13 Tournament are:

1) This competition is strictly for 18 years and above. The competitors must submit a valid copy of their identity card stating they are 18 or above by the day of the event.
2) The teams are pre-selected UEFA teams which are above 4 star ratings and the competitor will be allowed to select the team through lucky draw which will be held on 15th June.
3) The teams that are drawn will be their final team but they can swap the teams with other in a mutual understanding where the organisers will not be responsible for any reasons.
4) The competitors can bring their own Xbox Controllers according their wish only if they are responsible for it.
5) The forms must be submitted by June 14th (i.e. a day before the lucky draw).
6) Any sort of abusive language or act of violence is strictly prohibited and will result to immediate disqualification of the competitor.
7) Incase of theft or damage of the venue's property the competitor shall be responsible and must bear the needful actions.
8) The registration form must be submitted along with two recent passport size photo and the registration fee.
9) If the competitor fails to show up on the day of the lucky draw or the event then he/she shall be disqualified and the registration fee shall not be refunded and will be replaced by a substitute player.
10) Any breach of the above mentioned terms and conditions will lead to the permanent disqualification of the competitor.


Entry charge for FIFA 13 Tournament: NRs. 700/- (Incl. Registration fee and invitation for The Official Launch Of Dub Dutch House)
Venue: Vintage Café & Pub, Durbarmarg, Woodland Complex (Top Floor)
Date for the draw of the teams: June 15th, Saturday at 12pm sharp
Date of Preliminary Round: June 21st, Friday at 12pm Sharp
Date of finals: 22nd June, Saturday at 12 pm sharp

NOTE: Only 70 Forms available among that 64 players will be divided into two groups of 32 each and the remaining 6 players will be as the substitute (i.e. incase a competitor fails to show up on the day of the draw or the game day.)
