Life Vest Inside (LVI) is a non-profit organization that inspires, empowers and trains people of all backgrounds to lead with kindness. Every year, to kick off World Kindness Week, LVI organizes “Dance for Kindness,” a WorldWide FreezeMob/FlashMob, in honor of World Kindness Day - showing that regardless of the differences in race, religion, ethnicity culture and background - the common thread that ties us together is kindness.

::WHY DANCE FOR KINDNESS?::

To some, the world is filled with war, hatred, violence and hopelessness BUT TOGETHER WE have the power to fill this world with kindness, trust, hope and love. 

The purpose of World Kindness Day is to look beyond ourselves, beyond the boundaries of our country, beyond our culture, our race, our religion; and realize we are citizens of the world.

:: WHAT IS DANCE FOR KINDNESS? ::
The Dance For Kindness is a two part event: FreezeMob and FlashMob

**FREEZEMOB: Those participating in the freeze mob will be given a specific kindness position to freeze in and by so doing, giving passersby’s the unique opportunity to notice the kindness moments that are in constant motion. 

**FLASHMOB: Then out of nowhere music begins! Suddenly participants break out into dance.
