YES! - Youth Empowerment Seminar

For Grade 8 - Grade 12 / A-Level/ O-Level/ IB/ PCL STUDENTS

YES!, the workshop introduced to fun and challenging, this 18- hours seminar provides teens with a comprehensive toolbox to manage their emotions and stress as well as dynamically navigate through adolescence.

The program broadens youth's vision of the world and provides practical knowledge and skills they need to realize their highest potential. Independent research has also shown that the processes learned on YES! reduce anger violence and depression, as well as improve focus, clarity of mind and concentration.

The course also helps teens to talk about problems that they face – whether it is relationships, substance abuse or peer pressure. The stress-elimination techniques taught in the YES! course help young adults to deal with these challenges.

YES! Fun Gathering conducted by YES! Club World-Nepal on alternative weekends . Students who have done the YES course, who are adventurous, fun loving and who have a thirst for knowledge, form the back bone of the club.

YES is a fun and challenging life-skills and leadership program that provides youth with practical knowledge and effective tools to reduce stress, manage emotions, and develop social and leadership skills.

This club will provide an opportunity for all the teenagers to become aware on all career possibilities. Professionals of all walks of life will interact with the members of the club, with an interactive audio visual presentation on latest happening in the respective area of scope.
