Hiking to BAGHDWAR ( Origin of the Holy River BAGMATI )

Arrival and Reporting time: 7:00 am (sharp)
Departure time: 07:30am
Estimated length of hiking routes: 15 KM

08:00 am: Shivapuri National Park gate
09:00 am: Nagi Ghumba
10:00 am: Mid way to Bagdwar
11:00 am: Bagdwar (Lunch with short rest)
12:00 pm: Shivapuri peak (2723 m, steep trail toward east climbing to reach the top)
12:30 pm: Downhill with amazing landscapes
03:30 pm: Back to Shivapuri National Park gate.

Must for the participants:
Comfortable shoes for walking on rough road and trail.
Comfortable clothing for walking ups and downs.

170 species of birds are found seen in this region.
Second highest hill around the valley.
Amazing view of Ganesh, Langtang and Jugal Himal at north and Manasulu at south.

Package cost: NPR 450 per person.

Please make up your mind to do volunteering during hiking.
Please register your name only if you are ready to hike physically and mentally even under hot sun and pouring rain may be not to surprise seeing leech inside your shoes sometimes.
