INTRODUCTION
A quiz is a form of game or mind sport in which the players (as individuals or in teams) attempt to answer questions correctly. More ever it is a platform to measure growth in knowledge, abilities, and/or skills in particular area of interest.
Rota quiz is the pioneer concept of Rotaract district committee 3292, Nepal-Bhutan. With the aim of improving / expanding Rotaractors breadth of knowledge, in Rotary and Rotaract international and general in joint hosting & organization of Rotaract Club of Phulbari, Sainbu Bhainsepati, & Patan Durbar Square. The event solely emphasis on promoting Rotaract movements, learning with fun, and aim to evoke discussion and healthy competition amongst participants. Also the motto is embroadening the knowledge about Rotary and Rotaract Bylaws, Constitution, Administration, terms and overall aspects of Rotary International and Rotaract we are organizing a District Program ROTA Quiz for Rota year 15/16 on 21st of November & 25th December.. We hope this program will be beneficial to all of us to acquire and achieve a desired information and knowledge regarding our involvement in Rotaract as a self motivated volunteering organization.
Objective
• Expanding the participant breadth of knowledge in Rotary, Rotaract and in general.
• Aiding in the team building process.
• Having fun with a competitive feeling.
• Fomenting group harmony (whether in club ,zonal and district level)
• Promoting fellowship via" learn with fun".
• Enhancing the participation of Rotaractors in 8th Rotaract District Conference.
Targeted participants
The event targets the Rotaractors from different clubs of district 3292 Nepali. Rotaractors from 95 Rotaract clubs across the country.
Event structure
Program will be conducted in two phases.
60% of the question will be from Rotaract ant Rotary related topics whereas 30% will be from G.K, and rest 10% from general I.Q.
Each team should contain 3 members, 1 ladies preferred (Not Compulsory)
Each team can have 1 replaceable member in case of Emergency but it should be pre informed 1 week before the competition. 
A club can have more than 1 team but cannot exceed 3.
Registration should be done by October 31st.
Host clubs & clubs Co-hosting the event will be permitted to take part in the competition as questions shall be prepared by Rotaract District Committee.
Registration charges will be RS 600/- per team which is to be transferred to host club as registration charges includes Awards, trophy certificates, program banner, questions setting, Stationary and other Administrative expenses.
Authority of collecting any minimum additional charges beside registration charge (above) could be done as per decided by ZRR & co-host for the conduction of program in zonal level.
Note: Additional amount will be decided and collected by the respective ZRR/ co-host/host of respective zones to conduct Zonal level selection competition which should be finalized according to the feasibility of the clubs of falling zone.
The set of questions to each zone shall be provided relative to the number of participating teams in respective zone.
Date of the program (Selection round) will be same in nationwide i.e. 2015 Nov 21st, in coordination with respective zonal Rotaract representative (ZRR) from all zones.
Banner or flex of the program will be same in all zones which will be provided by the host club.
Answers from the audience will also be marked by the jury and the best audience will be awarded in District event.
First team among each zone will be selected for final round competition (Final round) which will be held in 8th Rotaract District Conference, Dharan.

Program
The conduction of the program will be in two phases:
I) Selection round II) Final Round
I) Selection Round
This first phase of the program will be conducted in Zonal level with the co-ordination of ZRR (If not possible other resource person). Before conducting this program ZRR should call Zonal meeting for deciding the registration charge for the respective Zone and feasible common venue for the Conduction of program. The registration charge should be deposited in the account of Host Club. Each team should submit their team names to ZRR and to the Host Club. They should include the scanned copy or photo of the Registration charge deposit slip along with team members which should be forwarded to any of following email address:

II) Final Round
Final round of the competition will be conducted in the 25th December 2015 on the district event going to be hosted at Dharan. This will be one of the parts of district event.

Certification & Awards:
1) Certificates to all participants (3 from each club).
2) Award and certificates to one-one best audience from Zonal round and Final Round.
3) Award for the best team which will secure highest score among all the clubs in Zonal selection.
4) Award to all the teams selected for Final Round from each zone.
5) Medal, trophy and Certificates to all members of Top three position holding team.


Note: Any club willing to co-host the program will be highly encouraged and are requested to send their proposal via mail or phone.
