Philanthropic Journalism is not a different genre of journalism, but of course it is viewing the role and responsibility of journalists from a different standpoint: Journalists can't just be the fodder for conversation; they need to be the catalyst of change. Philanthropic journalism is paradigm shifting to the sense that it regards journalists really a vibrant catalyst for positive change, thereby discouraging the negativity prevailing in the society through positive vibes.
