KJC Celebrates International Jazz Day 2013

Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory will be hosting an event in the spirit of International Jazz Day April 30th, 2013. Whereby jazz musicians from all over the valley alongside faculty members of the school will be performing a joint concert followed by an open jam session.

Musicians to be featured from Nepal:
Hari Maharjan, Riju Tuladhar, Bimal Gurung, Pawan Tandukar, Sameer Chettri, Sarthak Upadhaya, Kiran Shahi ...(and many others!!!)

Internationa Musicians to be featured:
Cecilie Giskemo (Norway), Marcus Dengate (Australia), Alvaro Torres (Spain) to name a few.

Acts to be featured:
Jazz drum solos
Bass Trio
NMC Students and Faculty members,
KJC Students and Faculty membersm
And amazing Jazz Vocals

Two performing stages:
* Moksh Garden (4 to 7 p.m.)
* Moksh Auditorium (7:30 p.m. until late)
