Global Climate March Nepal

Powershift Nepal is organising Climate March in Nepal. This is a global effort to push negotiators for right climate plans towards Paris summit and beyond, following Power through Paris workshop.March will start from Thapathali Bridge and will end at jawalakhel with Music, Poem , Sharing and Comittments.

This program is jointly organized by AYON, CGNN, NEVI, GCC Nepal, Rotract club of Mount Everest, hydro Nepal, Hamro Pravidhi Ramro Nepal, Jane Goodwill Foundation, Freiburger Nepalese Association , Pathfinders, Afnai products, SDI Nepal, Daphe Energy, Capital FM

The weekend before the Paris climate talks, all around the world people will be coming together in massive global weekend of action that will make sure global heads of state know that the entire world expects them to take nothing less than dramatic action to shut down the fossil fuel industry and build the renewable energy we need. Along with international voice, we are also higlighting our local issues of Climate Change on same day which is being over shadowed.

This is our joint initiative-our program to promote clean energy and climate smart Nepal. We would like to request you all for support, cooperation and leadership to make this historic events.
