Forest Therapy- Sundarijal

Bouddha Inn Meditation center exists with the belief of creating a new society, where the pressure of stress becomes treatable to people.

We introduced forest therapy after training ourselves intensely in the healing system like Reiki, Akasha. We have conducted more than 15 successful forest therapy session. We have received great feedback from the participants and we would like to offer the forest therapy process to interested ones ahead.

Forest therapy is rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, which is often translated as “forest bathing.”. It simply refers to immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the forest.
