Flavors of Italy
Italian cuisine has more to offer than pasta and pizza. Taking into consideration our offer of various cuisines to food connoisseurs, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu’s signature restaurant, Rox will be promoting food from three regions of Italy from 22nd February through 22nd March to take them on a journey through Tuscany, Lombardy and Campania.
The diversity of Italian food has amazed gastronomic lovers through ages bygone. Each region of Italy has its unique, distinct local recipes and bringing this diversity onto the tables of Rox is our team’s purpose to give guests authentic Italian taste in a warm and comfortable environment. Chef Dhiraj Khadka will prepare a range of delicious cuisine.
Chef Dhiraj has eight years of experience in Italian cuisine and has worked in cities like Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The signature dishes of each region on offer are:
