EmpowHER 2015 - Finale

EmpowHER, a first of its kind women leadership program started on August 1st, 2015 with 13 women aged 18-28. Each candidate comes into the program with an individual project idea focused towards uplifting the status of marginalized women of Nepal. After their selection into the program they will assigned into groups of 4 to carry on various civic activities. All workshops are conducted by leaders and entrepreneurs from our society. Throughout the program each candidate will be evaluated based on their attendance, participation, individual Impact project and group service projects. 

The finale will consist of on-stage programs, where 3 winners are announced after going through various rounds. Each individual will be evaluated in every session in terms of the overall skills, attitude, and program involvement group services project completion, individual project designing, preliminary interview, on stage introduction, on stage talent and on stage service Q&A during the finale. The final 3 individual winner will be endorsed and the organization will be liable to carry out their individual project design.
