Rotaract club of Lalitpur , AAKA Nepal along with our partners, Tibah , Ace Institute of Management ( Ace Initiative Club) , Kathmandu Academy and major book publisher are organizing this campaign. Help us for collecting 15000+ books ,magazines , creative papers or library resources of any kind for 'Donate a Book ' campaign.
Our aim is to impart school education to the children who reside in the countryside and outskirts of the city and have no access to even course books. "Donate A Book" campaign hopes to collect more than 15,000+ reading materials. Usually, children are from poor families from remote region of Nepal. The resources that we collect will be donated to a number of schools and education institutions in various regions of Nepal. We are confident that you will come forward and give a boost to the cause, with your participation. we are sure your sense of responsibility towards the society will set an example for other like minded to support such a drive.

Your support of books or funds will help ensure that the children in Panchadev Higher Secondary School, Kalikot, Karnali will receive the path for education, they need so desperately. As per the record provided by the school administration of Panchadev Higher Secondary School, there are 1,373 total students with, 524 students in primary level, 403 students in secondary level and 446 students in higher secondary level.
In Shree Mastho Saraswoti Secondary School there are 406 students in total with, 230 in primary and 176 in secondary level.
In Shree Shanti Higher Secondary School , there are 549 total students with, 230 in primary ,195 in secondary and 124 in higher secondary level.
Altogether 2328 students who will get direct benefit from our small effort. As per our schedule for phase I , we will be handing over the collected books to the school on 17 - 22 th October, 2012 . Books collection will continue. Future Visits will follow, and donation to other academic institutions will be held in the future in various regions of Nepal.
