Critical Mass Kathmandu : October 2015 (In Remembrance of Late Dr. Prahlad Yonzon)

What Is Critical Mass ? 

Critical Mass Is not a protest not a rally, It is a monthly meet up where Cyclists gather at some place for a short ride around the streets to " Mark our presence reclaiming the streets". Critical Mass happens on over 300 cities all around the world.

When ?

Since April 2013, Critical mass kathmandu has been taking place Every Last Friday of English month.

Where ? 

Gather at Basantapur Durbar Square around 5:30 pm for a 6 pm start.

Why ?

# To Reclaim the street.

# To Get Visible.

Critical Mass October is held in Rememberance of late Dr. Prahlad Yonzon.On 31st October, 2011 Dr. Prahlad B. Yonzon, a well-known wildlife biologist of Nepal met with an accident while cycling home from office. So, we have been encourage every rider to get your bike and yourself visible during dark.. put on bright reflective clothes and install light on your bike..

This Month's Critical Mass will be a Mass full of lights. Every praticipants are requested put lights on your bikes.
