Our Guest speaker for this week is Ar. Gauri Rajbaidya, who is a collaborator on diverse building typologies and sustainability strategies. He is dedicated providing the most efficient solution in project delivery by utilizing the latest technology and face to face collaboration with the consultants, clients and contractors.
Ar. Rajbaidhya was entitled “Best in Class” by GSA (Government Services Administration, US Federal Government Agency) for his work on the Edith Green Wendell Wyatt Federal Building in downtown Portland.

Ar. Rajbaidhya firmly believes that good architecture and design strategies will have a positive impact in the community by changing the way we think about our social and physical environment and strives for those opportunities with all design challenges and collaborations. He has also a strong personal interest in education and mentors high school students.

1. Edith Green- Wendell Wyatt Federal Office Building Modernization (Portland, Oregon) –
2. Oregon Sustainability Center – Feasibility Study (Portland, OR) –
3. Multnomah Arts Center, Gallery Renovation, Portland Parks and Recreation (Portland, OR) –
4. Multnomah Arts Center, Campus Planning and Programming (Portland, OR) –

HIs additional project experience include Tupelo Alley Mixed-Use project (Portland, OR) and Alexan Columbia Multi-family Housing, conceptual design (Portland, OR)
