CONSTRUCTIVE CONVERSATIONS on
'Green Building in Nepal & its Policy: Material & Design Aspects'

Jointly organized by Nepal Engineers' Association (NEA) & Blue Coffee

For the month of SEPTEMBER, we have invited following TWO Speakers to share with us on the given topic.

o Ar. Sameer Ratna Bajracharya on 'Green Building Materials & Construction Technologies'

Ar. Sameer R. Bajracharya is a Lecturer, Consultant and Researcher and has completed his B. Arch and M.Sc. in Renewable Energy Engineering from IOE, Pulchowk. Currently he is involved as a consultant on behalf of SLTD Center for UN Habitat's 'Green Homes Project' (focused on Green and Sustainable Material and Construction Technology), Lecturer in Energy Efficient Building Design and in Research of Delphi Study to find out indicators of Green Building from Experts' Consensus, with Ar. Susanne Bodach.

o Ar. Sussane Bodach on 'Bioclimatic Zoning of Nepal'

Ar. Susanne Bodach has worked with FNCCI to promote energy efficiency in the private sector for almost 5 years. With her PhD research on "Energy Efficiency & Climate Responsive Building Design in Nepal" at Technical University in Munich, she is one of the few researchers in this area in the country
