Training on Managing Change

Business Edge, an innovation of International Finance Corporation (IFC), is a world class proprietary training solution designed to improve management capacity and business performance. LEAD International is the official training provider of Business Edge in Nepal. Business Edge is being successfully implemented in more than 35 countries across the globe.

All Business Edge trainings are pragmatic Activity-Based learning (with theoretical backdrop) developed by experienced professionals and trainers of World Bank's International Finance Corporation (IFC) with years long experience of Small and Medium Enterprise Development across the world. This particular training program has the following objectives, i.e., the participants will be trained to do the following by the end of the 5-day training:

·   Understanding change;

·   Role of mangers in planning and implementing change;

·   How to plan for change project;

·   How to run a persuasion campaign to implement change project;

·   How to run a persuasion campaign to implement change project successfully;

·   Practice skills and techniques essential in implementing change.

The trainings will be conducted through group participation, group discussions, pre-defined activities, expert advices and presentations.
