Bipul Chettri - Live In Pokhara

"Bipul Chettri - Live In Pokhara" is a part of the campaign to address the issue of constructing a new school building for Shree Gyan Mandir Primay School located in Dhuseni, Ree 6, Dhading that is severely broken due to the earthquake.
This event committee aims to collect charity through this event and contribute estimated cost constructing a new school building for Shree Gyan Mandir Primary School following the government’s “earthquake resilient building code”.
Apart from the sponsorship and ticket money, we hope to raise additional funds from the audience and other non-participating concerned individuals and organizations from within the country and abroad.


Bipul Chettri is a very popular artist hailing from Kalimpong/Delhi, famous for his Nepali songs such as Dadehlo and Asar. His debut album Sketches of Darjeeling went on to become ‘the top selling album’ as well as the ‘best selling artist’ on the indie online retail site, oklisten.com, after just two days of its release.His songs are hugely popular on ‘SoundCloud’ with over 6,50,000 plays till date, which led to him being described as a “soundcloud sensation” and has received tremendous radio airplays in India, Nepal and the UK. He also holds a LTCL (Licentiate of Trinity College, London) degree in classical guitar. Just a year on since his debut album, he has performed at many shows in India, Kathmandu and the United Kingdom.
